About the RPCV's of Houston
You have found the Houston Area Returned Peace Corps Volunteers website. Our group started in 1985 and has been going strong for over 39 years.

Did you know? When our group started in 1985, we attempted to model ourselves after the National group. They were called the National Council of RPCVs and later changed to NPCA. There were few groups in the mid 80's, so we had members from Florida to Corpus Christi. So, that is how we got our official name, Gulf Coast Council of Returned PCVs. Now, as we have many returned groups around the country, we have changed our name to Houston Peace Corps Association.
We are a non-profit organization with a Board of Directors. Feel free to contact one of us at the email addresses below. Positions are linked to email addresses.
